$10 per yoga class for a 10-class pass

This class is designed for the person who has just spent 45 minutes hunched over a bike working their ass off. We will begin by opening and stretching the quads, hamstrings, hip flexors, lower back, upper back, and shoulders. Followed by a Vinyasa Flow aimed to build strength and foster mind-body connection. A beginner/intermediate level class with modifications provided to accommodate all fitness levels and body types. No previous yoga experience necessary! See you on Friday!
Private Yoga Classes
If you are new to yoga, a private class is a great way to learn the basics! If you are anything like me, I was intimidated to try yoga because I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect! A private class is a non-intimidating setting where you can learn the basics and feel confident heading into any class.
A private session is also a great way get one on one attention and take your practice to the next level without any distractions.
I also work privately with small groups, so if there is not a class in town that suits your fancy at the time you need, a private, small group class may be the way to go.
